Three hardy members of the group met in the afternoon of 18/3/22 to continue the work started previously along the Brook at the bottom of Buscott Drive. This Brook runs behind a row of houses and perpendicular to a footpath and as a consequence it accumulates all sorts of rubbish, litter, builders debris, packaging, and general fly-tipping, as well as rubbish washed down by the stream itself. The clearance was started a few weeks ago, but it was such a huge task, it needed a second attack. Because this is private land, all the cleared rubbish and litter has to be taken directly to the Tip.
It was clearly a mammoth session as the photos can testify. Huge thanks to those involved, who I know prefer to remain nameless.
Check out the last of the photos for the final wonderful result!
