The Proud of Ashbourne group has won a Mayor's recognition award 2023 for all the fabulous work we do around the town picking litter, cutting hedges, clearing pavements, shifting fly-tipping and so on.
A huge thank you to Janet and Sue for being so organised and all you other litter-pickers, whether you are a regular or an occasional drop-in, for your hard work and commitment to the cause.
The ceremony will be tonight the Town Hall, I hope we will see some of you there.
