The Proud of Ashbourne group has received a very kind and supportive letter of thanks from the Detachment Commander of the Army Cadet Force whose hut is adjacent to the land we cleared in the last few weeks in the major 'Caravan' project adjacent to the Heritage Trail. It was lovely to know that the group's work, in collaboration with the AFC, was so appreciated. He has even offered some of his cadets to help keep the area as clear and tidy if we need to re-visit in the future. It's always good to raise awareness of litter - and what can be done about it - in our younger generations.
